Bridge Tower Properties announced the acquisition of Phase 1 of a 14-acre site to develop The Enclave at Fate Village, a 179-home luxury build-to-rent townhome community in Fate, Texas. The project is located at 1290 Memorial Parkway in one of the fastest-growing suburbs within the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
Construction is expected to begin in the coming weeks, with the first homes projected to be available for move-in in the first quarter of 2027.
The Enclave at Fate Village will feature two- and three-bedroom townhomes ranging from approximately 1,350 to 1,650 square feet. The residences feature open-concept layouts, modern finishes, stainless steel appliances, and integrated smart-home technology. Each unit will also include a two-car garage and a private fenced backyard.
The community will be centered on a dedicated amenity hub designed to promote an active, social lifestyle. Planned amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center, open green spaces, and outdoor grilling areas.
The development is strategically located near Downtown Fate, the Fate Village retail district, and nearby shopping and dining options in Rockwall, including destinations along Lake Ray Hubbard. Residents will also have access to outdoor recreation at Robert Smith Family Park. The property falls within the Rockwall Independent School District, with highly rated assigned schools, and offers convenient access to Interstate 30 for commuting into Dallas and surrounding employment centers.
Bridge Tower said the project reflects ongoing demand for high-quality rental housing in North Texas as population growth continues to outpace available housing options. More details about leasing opportunities are expected to be released closer to completion.
