BrightPlan Raises Series C Funding To Expand AI-Powered Financial Wellness Platform For Employers

BrightPlan has completed the first closing of a Series C funding round led by ABS Capital Partners, providing new capital to expand its AI-powered financial wellness platform for global enterprises.

Additional investors are expected to participate in the Series C over the next 90 days before the final close. The amount of the financing was not disclosed.

The financing comes as BrightPlan marks its 10th anniversary and follows more than 230% revenue growth over the past three years.

BrightPlan now serves more than 10 million employees across over 50 countries and reported 0% enterprise customer churn.

The company plans to use the financing to accelerate product development across its AI-driven platform, expand enterprise distribution and its partner ecosystem, and strengthen its global financial advisory capabilities.

BrightPlan combines AI-powered personalization with access to in-country financial advisors, providing employers with a platform that helps employees make financial decisions across different markets.

The company plans to continue expanding its partner network by integrating financial wellness capabilities into retirement, benefits, and HR platforms that employees already use.

BrightPlan is also using the capital to expand into additional countries.

Its approach to international expansion accounts for differences in local culture, financial regulations, and data privacy requirements, rather than relying exclusively on generalized financial education content.

The company plans to further develop its patented AI-first employee experience as its global base of enterprise customers and partners expands.

BrightPlan was recently ranked No. 125 in the Software category of the 2026 Inc. 5000.

ABS Capital Partners has invested more than $2.5 billion across over 130 companies since its founding in 1990. The growth equity firm focuses on B2B software and technology-enabled services businesses.

As part of the Series C investment, Jennifer Krusius, Partner at ABS Capital Partners, is joining BrightPlan’s Board of Directors.
