Brio Platform and Losange Finance merged to form Stellé, creating an integrated fund administration and operations technology provider for private capital managers. Losange has provided fund administration and accounting services to alternative investment managers since 2019.
Brio’s fund operations technology has been developed and used in live environments for approximately nine years.
The platform supports more than 100 funds and approximately 3,000 limited partners.
Stellé will retain the clients, teams, and operating history of both companies.
The combined business serves venture capital, private equity, real estate, and multifamily office managers, including firms managing SPVs, parallel funds, and evergreen vehicles.
Stellé’s model combines software with outsourced accounting and operations professionals.
Losange accountants and operations specialists will use the Brio platform to provide fund administration, accounting, capital calls, distributions, investor reporting, and related services.
Managers can determine which functions they want their internal teams to handle and which functions they want to outsource to Stellé.
The GP, limited partners, and Stellé staff will operate from the same data set and system.
The company is also incorporating automation and AI while retaining human review for work delivered to fund managers and LPs.
Stellé will employ approximately 25 people.
Audrey Ostiguy will serve as CEO, while Claude Olivier Girard will serve as President.
