The appointment adds a veteran financial executive with extensive experience in securities regulation and financial services. Diganci most recently served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), a position he held from 2017 through June 2026.
During his tenure at FINRA, Diganci oversaw the organization’s finance and human resources functions, along with credentialing, registration, education, and disclosure operations.
