Broadridge Financial Solutions has appointed Frank Troise as President, Global Capital Markets, effective immediately, as the company advances its strategy to integrate traditional and digital market infrastructure. Troise will report to Tom Carey, President, Global Technology & Operations, and will join the company’s Executive Leadership Team.
Troise takes on the role at a time when issuance, trading, financing, data, and post-trade services are increasingly converging across traditional and digital ecosystems. Since joining Broadridge in 2024 as Head of Trading and Connectivity Solutions, he has enhanced the company’s platform capabilities, led strategic growth initiatives, and expanded its front-office offerings across execution management, algorithmic trading, and analytics.
Before joining Broadridge, Troise served as CEO and board member of Pico Quantitative Trading. He previously held the roles of CEO, president, and board member at Investment Technology Group and earlier led J.P. Morgan’s global Execution Services business, overseeing a cross-asset trading organization across global markets.
Broadridge connects more than 2,200 buy- and sell-side firms and more than 200 trading venues worldwide, supporting daily average trading volumes of over $15 trillion in securities. The company provides integrated, multi-asset-class front-to-back capabilities, supported by a data architecture and AI-powered tools. It has also built a significant presence in digital market infrastructure, including a distributed ledger-based repo platform that supports more than $7 trillion in monthly volume in tokenized real assets.
As financial markets evolve and digital and traditional assets increasingly coexist, Broadridge said it will continue investing in integrated multi-asset class capabilities that extend established trading and post-trade infrastructure into digital markets, with a focus on operational resiliency, governance and regulatory strength.
