Brokurz has acquired MLS Ingest, adding foundational property-data infrastructure to its real estate AI operating system.
MLS Ingest connects to fragmented Multiple Listing Service sources and ingests, normalizes, and structures property information for software, search, analytics, and AI applications.
Brokurz is developing an integrated real estate operating platform spanning transactions, compliance, CRM, commissions, accounting, recruiting, websites, analytics, automation and artificial intelligence.
The acquisition adds another underlying infrastructure layer by connecting property data with the operating data produced by brokerages, agents and transactions.
Brokurz said MLS information remains one of the more fragmented components of the real estate technology ecosystem because individual MLS sources can use different structures and standards.
MLS Ingest was built to connect those sources and transform their information into consistent formats that can be consumed by modern applications.
Within Brokurz, the technology is expected to support native property search, MLS and IDX experiences, brokerage and agent websites, listing intelligence, CRM enrichment, analytics, automation and future AI products.
MLS Ingest will operate as a Brokurz company and serve as a foundational part of the company’s expanding data and AI infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed.
