Bronco Wine Company announced the acquisition of Resurrection Brands, a wine sales and marketing organization representing family-owned wineries and beverage brands. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition strengthens Bronco’s national route-to-market capabilities and expands its portfolio of represented wineries as the company continues building a platform designed to connect wine brands with consumers across the U.S.
As part of the merger, Bronco Wine Company will assume national representation of the Resurrection Brands portfolio. The portfolio includes family-owned wineries such as McManis Family Vineyards, Provenance Brands, and LangeTwins Family Winery & Vineyards.
The wineries will remain independently owned and operated while gaining access to Bronco’s national sales, marketing, and distribution network to support broader marketplace growth.
Bronco said the integration reflects its continued evolution as both a producer of its own brands and a partner to family-owned wineries. The company said its platform is positioned to connect a broader portfolio of wines with consumers, customers, and growth opportunities as the distributor and retail landscape continues to change.
McManis Family Vineyards has spent the past 25 years building its business from vineyard to bottle while remaining family-owned and operated. LangeTwins Family Winery & Vineyards has focused on sustainable farming, land stewardship, and community involvement across California wine country.
Bronco Wine Company was founded in 1973 and is a family-owned company focused on producing quality wines for a broad range of consumers.
