Brookwood Investment Group Partners With Amplify To Launch AI-Native Platform

Brookwood Investment Group has partnered with Amplify Technology to launch the Brookwood Intelligence Platform, a unified technology foundation that connects data, investment intelligence, portfolio management, trading, account servicing, and advisor workflows across the rapidly growing RIA.

Phoenix-based Brookwood has increased its assets from approximately $515 million to more than $1.5 billion over the past two years. The firm now supports more than 75 advisors and approximately 6,200 clients.

Kimberley and Robert Raimondo founded Brookwood, which is developing what it calls a Professional Advisor Partnership model. The approach is intended to give entrepreneurial financial advisors independence over their practices and professional judgment while providing access to the infrastructure, technology and expertise of a larger wealth management organization.

As Brookwood expanded, the firm said its existing technology environment became increasingly fragmented.

Advisors and employees worked across disconnected systems and gathered information from multiple platforms, creating additional administrative work and reducing the time available for clients.

The new Brookwood Intelligence Platform is built on Amplify’s AI-native data lake architecture.

The platform is designed to establish a common data layer spanning onboarding, portfolio management, trading, reporting, billing, and governance.

Brookwood sees that connected data infrastructure as particularly important as artificial intelligence becomes more deeply integrated into its operations.

The firm’s leadership believes AI applications will depend heavily on having accurate, accessible and consistently structured underlying data.

Amplify’s technology combines wealth management data infrastructure with workflow automation and advisor-facing applications.

Its capabilities include digital client onboarding, an institutional model marketplace, unified managed account trading, client lifecycle tracking, surveillance, billing, analytics and reporting.

The platform also supports multi-custodial environments and is designed for RIAs, broker-dealers and offices of supervisory jurisdiction, turnkey asset management programs and multi-family offices.

Brookwood has also expanded its leadership team as it builds infrastructure for additional growth.

Recent additions include President Claire Alexander, Chief Operating Officer Jasmine Yu, Chief Growth Officer Michael Jones and CFO and Head of Institutional Operations Jeff Williams.

The executives are working alongside Brookwood’s existing leadership team to build systems capable of supporting a growing national advisor community without reducing advisor independence.

For Amplify, the partnership represents another deployment of its technology among growth-oriented wealth management firms seeking to consolidate fragmented systems onto a common infrastructure layer.

KEY QUOTES:

“We weren’t looking for another technology solution. We were looking for infrastructure that could support what we believe wealth management should become. Amplify stood out because they understood our vision and had built the platform from the advisor’s point of view.”

“As artificial intelligence becomes increasingly important to our business, its value will ultimately depend on the quality, accessibility and structure of the data beneath it.”

Kimberley Raimondo, Co-Founder And CEO Of Brookwood Investment Group

“Brookwood represents exactly the kind of firm Amplify was built for. They’re growing quickly, but they’re also being very deliberate about the kind of institution they want to build around their advisors. That requires a connected data foundation that can turn information into intelligence, deploy AI safely on trusted data, and give advisors greater capability without getting in the way of the judgment and relationships that make them irreplaceable.”
