Bull Moose Tube Company has completed its acquisition of Hanna Steel Corporation, expanding its manufacturing footprint and strengthening its ability to serve customers across several industrial end markets. Hanna Steel will now operate as a division of Bull Moose Tube Company.
Hanna Steel produces structural and mechanical steel tubing and operates manufacturing facilities in Alabama and Illinois.
The company also owns a coil-coating facility in Alabama and operates Hanna Truck Line, its in-house transportation business.
Hanna is headquartered in Hoover, Alabama, with tubing operations in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and Pekin, Illinois, along with its coil-coating facility in Fairfield, Alabama.
The acquisition expands Bull Moose Tube’s manufacturing capabilities and geographic footprint while adding complementary steel-processing and transportation operations.
Bull Moose Tube manufactures welded steel pipe and tubing products used across commercial construction, infrastructure, fire protection, heavy equipment, transportation and engineered product applications.
The company is part of the Caparo Bull Moose Group of Companies and operates manufacturing facilities across the United States.
