Bull Moose Tube Company announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire Hanna Steel Corporation, expanding its manufacturing footprint and strengthening its ability to serve customers across key end markets.
The transaction is expected to close in the early third quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Following the completion of the deal, Hanna Steel will operate as a division of Bull Moose Tube Company.
Under the agreement, Bull Moose Tube will acquire Hanna Steel Corporation, a producer of structural and mechanical steel tubing with operations in Alabama and Illinois. The transaction also includes Hanna’s coil-coating facility in Alabama and its in-house trucking subsidiary, Hanna Truck Line.
The acquisition brings together two companies with complementary manufacturing capabilities and aligned cultures focused on safety, quality, customer service, and growth.
Bull Moose said the deal will enhance its ability to support evolving market requirements and execute complex, large-scale projects. The company described the acquisition as its third major investment in recent years and a continuation of its long-term growth strategy.
