Business Core Solutions (BCS), a self-described Agentic System Integrator, announced it has acquired Techie2Pillar, a company focused on voice and conversational AI, as part of its strategy to expand enterprise AI execution and strengthen its Agentic-Service-as-a-Software (ASaaS) portfolio.
The acquisition follows a six-month collaboration between the two companies, during which they worked on real-world business use cases leveraging conversational AI and agent-driven systems. These efforts demonstrated how AI can transition from experimental pilot programs into practical, production-level deployments across enterprise workflows, particularly in areas requiring real-time interaction, decision-making, and execution.
As part of the deal, Techie2Pillar will be integrated into BCS’s ASaaS portfolio and serve as the foundation for Proxyn.ai, a newly formed sister company. The integration combines Techie2Pillar’s expertise in conversational AI with BCS’s library of more than 400 prebuilt agent blueprints developed across over 60 enterprise environments. The combined platform is designed to enable more structured, scalable, and outcome-driven AI deployments.
BCS said the move is intended to help organizations address a persistent challenge in AI adoption, moving from fragmented automation initiatives to consistent, enterprise-wide execution models. The company also emphasized that its Agentic System Integrator framework, supported by internal platforms such as Symphony, Anugal, and deKorvai, provides governance, orchestration, and scalability across enterprise systems.
