Butterfly Learnings has raised ₹65 crore in a Pre-Series B financing led by Inflexor Ventures to expand its pediatric behavioral health platform for neurodivergent children across India.

Existing investors Enzia Ventures, Insitor Impact Asia Fund and IIMA Ventures also participated in the round.

Butterfly Learnings combines clinical therapy, inclusive schooling, diagnostics, digital therapeutics and technology-enabled interventions within an integrated care platform.

The company currently operates more than 90 centers across more than 22 cities.

Butterfly is focused on neurodevelopmental conditions including autism and ADHD, where families can face fragmented care spread across pediatricians, psychologists, special educators and therapy centers.

The company is seeking to establish a more standardized and measurable care pathway combining clinical treatment with technology and data.

Butterfly Learnings was founded by Dr. Sonam Kothari and Dr. Abhishek Sen.

The company is building its platform around standardized, outcome-tracked care while accumulating data that can be used to improve treatment and intervention strategies.

The new capital will support Butterfly’s expansion across India and the development of its digital and AI capabilities.

Butterfly also plans to scale its Get SET Early platform through hospitals and pediatricians and expand its therapist training program.
