Cadogan Tate, a specialist in high-value storage and logistics for art and interior design, announced the acquisition of Arizona-based Fully Loaded Deliveries, a provider of luxury moving, storage, and design installation services. The deal marks Cadogan Tate’s eighth acquisition since being acquired by TSG Consumer, a consumer-focused private equity firm.
The acquisition expands Cadogan Tate’s presence in the fast-growing Phoenix metropolitan area and strengthens its international network serving museums, galleries, private collectors, interior designers and high-net-worth clients. The companies share expertise in luxury residential services, interior design logistics and museum-quality art handling, providing clients with a broader integrated offering.
Founded as a specialist serving the ultra-high-net-worth residential and interior design markets, Fully Loaded Deliveries offers white-glove services that include furniture receiving, storage and installation, as well as museum-grade fine art handling and logistics. The company will continue operating under its existing brand and leadership team as part of the Cadogan Tate Group.
Cadogan Tate said the acquisition enhances its U.S. network in the Southwest by combining the capabilities of a founder-built business with the infrastructure, technology and resources of a global premium residential services platform. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Osborn Maledon served as exclusive legal counsel to Fully Loaded Deliveries, while Dorsey & Whitney advised Cadogan Tate.
