Caldera Real Estate Ventures announced the closing of a $150 million senior construction loan for Brevet Capital Management, supporting the development of a new residential tower project in Philadelphia.

The financing was provided by Banco Inbursa, a Mexico City–based financial institution that is active in construction and refinancing lending across major U.S. cities. The loan will support the development of a 36-story residential tower along with a neighboring one-story commercial building at Wharton Piers.

Once completed, the project is expected to deliver approximately 620 market-rate apartments along with nearly 30,800 square feet of ground-floor retail space, adding new residential and commercial capacity to the surrounding community.

Caldera served as strategic advisor on the transaction, working with Brevet Capital Management and the financing partners to structure the deal and guide it through closing. The firm said the engagement reflects its broader strategy of providing tailored advisory services that align capital solutions with clients’ long-term investment and development objectives.

The closing represents another collaboration between Caldera and Brevet, highlighting their ongoing focus on executing complex real estate investment strategies and supporting development projects with institutional capital solutions.
