Calera Capital announced it has acquired ReVamp Companies, a provider of specialty floor and surface coatings, fencing, and decking replacement and installation services for existing single-family homeowners. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Founded and headquartered in Freeport, Illinois, ReVamp operates a family of 14 brands across more than 60 locations in nearly 20 states. The company said it has built a national platform by partnering with market-leading local brands and operators, supported by professional training and operational resources intended to deliver consistent service quality.
Calera said it is partnering with founder and CEO Jeff Gear and the existing management team to continue scaling the business, investing in innovation, and pursuing additional growth opportunities. The firm characterized ReVamp as its sixth investment from Fund VI and said the deal aligns with its strategy of backing high-growth, multi-site services businesses.
