Cambridge Innovation Institute has announced the acquisition of Neurotech Reports, expanding its presence in the rapidly growing neurotechnology sector.

The deal strengthens CII’s healthcare portfolio within its Cambridge VIP division and deepens its role in connecting venture, research, and innovation communities through conferences and media. Neurotech Reports, which has a 25-year history covering scientific and commercial developments in neurotechnology, will continue operating with its existing leadership team, including James Cavuoto, JoJo Platt, and Jeremy Koff.

As part of the integration, the two organizations will collaborate on upcoming events, beginning with the Bioelectronic Medicine Forum scheduled for April 14 in New York City. The combined platform is designed to connect entrepreneurs, biotechnology and medical device companies, engineers, and investors exploring opportunities in neurotechnology.

CII said the acquisition aligns with its broader mission of delivering high-impact content and convening industry stakeholders across life sciences, energy, and emerging technologies. By incorporating Neurotech Reports, the company aims to accelerate knowledge sharing, fundraising opportunities, and collaboration within the neurotechnology ecosystem.
