The Canada Pension Plan Investment Board is reportedly considering a deal to acquire the shares of Renew Energy Global PLC (NASDAQ: RNW) that it does not already own in order to take the company private, according to Bloomberg. And the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board is working with advisers to discuss the feasibility of a tender offer.
Earlier this month, the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board bought $268 million worth of ReNew’s shares from Goldman Sachs, giving the asset manager a 51.6% stake of the company.
