Capacity has raised more than $54 million in Series E funding, bringing total capital raised by the agentic customer support automation company to more than $159 million. The financing follows Capacity surpassing $100 million in annual recurring revenue in June 2026, representing 20-fold growth over approximately three and a half years.
Capacity plans to use the funding to accelerate R&D across AI agents, automation and enterprise knowledge orchestration while expanding its go-to-market and customer success organizations.
The company will also invest in strategic partnerships, integrations and continued international expansion.
Capacity provides a unified platform combining omnichannel AI agents, real-time agent assistance, automated quality assurance, conversational intelligence and outbound WhatsApp, SMS and voice campaigns.
More than 20,000 organizations use the platform to automate repetitive inquiries, assist human agents, automate post-interaction workflows and proactively engage customers.
KEY QUOTES:
“We invest in people and companies that have a clear sense of purpose and the ability to execute on it. Capacity has demonstrated both over the past year we’ve worked with them. I’ve seen firsthand the value the technology delivers, and it’s clear there is a significant opportunity ahead for Capacity.”
Kathy Ireland, Lead Investor
“A few years ago at Capacity, we made a bet that companies would want fewer vendors. The success of that bet is evident as we continue to grow. As enterprise AI use cases increase, so can complexities. Companies need a way to expand what AI can do without having to rebuild each time. Our train once, use everywhere approach means they can power every channel from the same foundation rather than managing a collection of standalone capabilities.”
David Karandish, CEO and Founder of Capacity
