CarbonWeb has acquired Green Llamas Consulting in a deal aimed at expanding its monday.com services footprint across North America and deepening its capabilities in custom systems development for customers using the work management platform.
The deal brings Ontario-based Green Llamas into CarbonWeb, a Platinum Advanced Delivery Partner of monday.com that provides licensing, implementation, and managed services tied to the platform. CarbonWeb said the acquisition strengthens its position as a monday.com channel partner across sales, implementation, and managed services throughout the United States and Canada, while also expanding the firm’s platform expertise and positioning it to compete for one of the largest global monday.com delivery teams.
CarbonWeb said the Green Llamas team will remain intact and continue supporting existing and prospective clients across Canada and the U.S. The companies expect an integration over the coming months focused on sharing capacity, technical expertise, and operational resources. CarbonWeb said the process is intended to improve service availability, increase delivery speed, and enhance customer quality.
Green Llamas has focused on hands-on consulting and implementation for small- and mid-sized businesses, spanning project management, CRM, resource planning, and reporting. The firm built its customer base in its first year as a monday.com channel partner with a team of ten monday.com specialists centered on delivery quality and collaboration. CarbonWeb, founded in 2018, operates as a platinum monday.com partner and provides services that include process automation, platform onboarding, data migration, custom integrations, and managed services.
CarbonWeb characterized the acquisition as a milestone in its longer-term strategy to deliver monday.com services across industries and market segments throughout North America, with the combined organization expected to broaden delivery capacity and expand technical depth for customers deploying the platform at scale.
