Care Career has acquired MAS Medical Staffing, expanding its healthcare staffing operations across the Northeastern United States. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The transaction represents Care Career’s seventh strategic acquisition in 24 months and completes the company’s initial acquisition phase.
The combined acquisitions have increased Care Career’s annual revenue to more than $150 million. The company expects additional pending transactions and organic growth to lift consolidated annual revenue above $250 million by the end of 2026.
MAS Medical Staffing provides healthcare workforce services through an established clinician network and relationships with hospitals and other medical organizations across the Northeast.
The acquisition gives Care Career additional geographic coverage, recruiting capacity, workforce information and regional market expertise.
MAS will also bring its MAESTRA engagement technology onto Care Career’s AI-powered workforce platform.
MAESTRA provides scheduling, credentialing and communication capabilities. Care Career plans to integrate those tools into its existing systems to improve clinician onboarding, scheduling, career management and communication.
Healthcare organizations are expected to receive greater workforce visibility and faster access to recruiting and staffing information.
Care Career is building a technology-enabled staffing platform that combines centralized credentialing, workforce analytics, digital engagement and AI automation.
The company believes every acquisition adds data from clinician interactions, placements, credentials and workforce trends, improving the platform’s ability to serve providers and healthcare professionals.
Care Career has signed additional letters of intent for transactions expected to close during the third quarter of 2026.
