Kate Morris brings extensive experience at the intersection of law, data, and emerging technologies, advising clients on regulatory and strategic considerations across sensitive data categories, including personal, financial, healthcare, and proprietary business information. She holds multiple certifications in privacy law and has been widely recognized for her work in data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI.
Russ Pearlman focuses on transactional, AI governance, and cybersecurity matters, advising clients across professional services, media, and technology sectors. In addition to his legal practice, he serves as Chief Information Officer at Dallas College, where he leads enterprise technology strategy and compliance initiatives, including the development of AI policy frameworks.
