Carson Group has partnered with Doyle and Loughman Wealth Management, a New Hampshire-based advisory firm serving approximately $1.76 billion in advisory and brokerage assets.

The firm joins Carson from Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network. The transaction establishes Carson Wealth’s second location in Hanover, New Hampshire, and expands Carson’s presence in the state.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Doyle and Loughman Wealth Management was founded by Managing Partners and Wealth Advisors Brian Doyle and Stephen Loughman.

The team also includes wealth advisors Bradley Michalchuk and Kristen Laundry, along with seven operations and support professionals.

Doyle and Loughman serves multigenerational families through financial planning, investment advice and personalized wealth management services. The practice has developed particular experience supporting high-net-worth families, women investors and clients navigating generational wealth transfers.

The partnership will give Doyle and Loughman access to Carson’s integrated wealth management platform while allowing the firm to preserve its existing culture and client relationships.

Carson’s resources include advanced financial planning, investment management, tax and estate planning support, Private Client Services, marketing capabilities and operational infrastructure.

These services are intended to help advisory firms address increasingly complex client needs without having to build every specialized capability internally.

The added resources may also help Doyle and Loughman support growth, recruit talent and develop a long-term succession strategy.

Carson described the relationship as part of its strategy of partnering with established advisory firms that want greater scale and additional resources while maintaining their identities.

The transaction adds one of New Hampshire’s more established wealth management teams to Carson’s network and strengthens the company’s position among high-performing independent advisory practices.

Carson said its relationship with the Doyle and Loughman team developed over several years before the transaction was pursued.

The extended relationship allowed the firms to evaluate their cultural compatibility and determine how Carson’s platform could support Doyle and Loughman’s next stage of growth.

Carson Group manages more than $60 billion in assets and serves over 60,000 client families through a network of more than 165 partner offices. Its network includes over 50 Carson Wealth locations.
