CASE Buying IT Services Provider Ragnarok Technologies

CASE has acquired Ragnarok Technologies, a specialized IT services provider for federal and commercial clients. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Founded in 2015 and based in Reston, Virginia, Ragnarok offers engineering and IT solutions in areas such as blockchain analysis, digital forensics, cloud infrastructure, and software development. The co-founders—Thomas Dougherty, Ethan Grambow, and Chris Santiago—will remain with CASE in key leadership roles.

CASE is a portfolio company of AE Industrial, a private equity firm based in Boca Raton, Florida. This acquisition follows CASE’s purchase of CyberKinetics, a provider of cloud-based services and cyber solutions, in 2024.

Advisors: G Squared Capital Partners and Peloton Strategies Group advised Ragnarok in this transaction.
