Catch, an agentic administrative assistant designed for business leaders, has emerged from stealth with $5 million in seed funding co-led by Entrée Capital and Pitango, with participation from Seedcamp and Factorial Capital.
Catch plans to use the funding to accelerate development and adoption of its AI assistant, which is designed to autonomously handle executive administrative work including scheduling, travel, email management and follow-ups.
The company said its platform has already scheduled more than 12,000 meetings, delegated over 20,000 tasks and handled more than 200,000 emails.
Founded by CEO Nir Sabato and CTO Yoav Ramon, Catch is focused specifically on administrative execution rather than areas such as software development, content generation or analysis.
The product is designed to onboard within minutes after syncing with an executive’s existing activities. Catch builds a profile around factors including who the executive works with, meeting preferences and travel habits, and can then interact through email, text messages, Slack or phone without requiring users to build workflows or learn a separate interface.
For example, if Catch detects that an executive has booked a flight but no hotel, it can check rates at a hotel the executive typically uses and ask whether it should complete the booking.
The system can also communicate with meeting participants to coordinate schedules, arrange travel and manage correspondence follow-ups. Catch is designed to escalate to the executive when a decision requires human judgment rather than requiring approval at every step.
The company is initially targeting leaders at midsized U.S. businesses and enterprises that want autonomous administrative support without building custom AI agents.
Catch said its architecture also emphasizes security and compartmentalization of sensitive information. The company is SOC 2 compliant and independently audited, with controls spanning governance, infrastructure and application layers.
Catch anonymizes user data that is used to post-train open-source models through supervised and reinforcement learning methods.
Its architecture also uses what the company calls “splinter agents,” with individual agents restricted to specific tasks and provided access only to the information required to complete those tasks. Catch said this approach is intended to improve quality and latency while reducing cost and security risk.
The company’s broader goal is to make AI agents practical for non-technical executives by allowing the software to execute administrative decisions rather than simply providing recommendations or requiring users to manually create agent workflows.
Catch is currently available to leaders at startups and established businesses.
