Cato Networks announced the appointment of Tristan Elder as Vice President of EMEA Channel, reinforcing the company’s commitment to expanding its partner ecosystem across the region amid growing enterprise demand for AI security solutions.
In this role, Elder will lead the company’s EMEA channel initiatives and expand the partner program with a strategic focus on global systems integrators, managed service providers, consulting firms, and strategic resellers. The appointment comes as organizations across EMEA increasingly seek guidance from channel partners on AI governance, security risk, and secure AI deployment.
Elder joins Cato Networks from ExtraHop Networks, where he led the EMEA channel business. Prior to that, he was part of the early leadership team at CrowdStrike, helping scale the company’s operations across EMEA during a significant growth period. He brings experience growing enterprise channel businesses across financial services, government, and large enterprise accounts.
The company said the appointment supports its broader expansion strategy as demand for AI security expertise accelerates. Cato provides partners with a scalable platform to help enterprise customers manage AI deployment and security throughout the full lifecycle.
Cato Networks also highlighted its recent business momentum. The company ended 2025 with annual recurring revenue exceeding $350 million, representing 43% year-over-year growth. The company also recently raised $409 million in Series G funding, pushing its valuation above $4.8 billion and bringing total investment to more than $1 billion. In addition, Cato completed the acquisition of Aim Security to strengthen its AI security capabilities.
