CC Pace: IT Staffing And Consulting Firm Acquired By Mitchell Martin

CC Pace Systems, an IT staffing and consulting firm headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia, has been acquired by Mitchell Martin, Inc. (MMI), an employee-owned IT, healthcare, and professional staffing firm. The transaction was represented by Melanie McFaddin of Wiley Bros. – Aintree Capital &Partners. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Founded in 1980, CC Pace has spent more than four decades providing senior IT consultants, project managers, business analysts, and agile practitioners to organizations across the financial services and commercial sectors. The company is known for its quality-first recruiting approach, long-standing client relationships, and focus on maintaining strong engagement with consultants.

The acquisition expands MMI’s presence across the mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions while strengthening its financial services IT staffing capabilities. The deal also enhances MMI’s agile consulting services, particularly for clients undergoing complex technology transformation initiatives in financial services, insurance, and commercial markets. CC Pace will continue operating as a Mitchell Martin company.

Founded in 1984 in New York City, MMI provides IT, healthcare, and professional staffing services to clients across multiple industries. The company operates under an employee ownership structure designed to support long-term client relationships, consultant retention, and business growth.

Melanie McFaddin joined Wiley Bros. – Aintree Capital &Partners in 2016 to establish the firm’s investment banking practice. She has more than 25 years of mergers and acquisitions experience focused on middle-market companies in IT staffing, consulting, digital transformation, management consulting, MSP/BPO services, professional staffing, and software solutions.
