Centralize has raised $19 million in total funding led by New Enterprise Associates. Salesforce Ventures, Y Combinator, 20SALES, Ritual Capital, and Adverb Ventures also participated. Individual investors included Slack co-founder Stewart Butterfield and Metronome co-founder Scott Woody.
Centralize also launched a free version of its relationship intelligence platform for individual sales representatives.
The platform creates a continuously updated map of the stakeholders involved in an enterprise sales opportunity.
It connects information from customer relationship management systems, email, calendars and recorded sales calls to show which contacts are engaged, who holds decision-making authority, where influence sits and which important stakeholders may be missing.
Centralize can also identify potential introductions through executive, investor and advisor networks.
Its AI assistant, Centra, answers questions about buying authority, account strategy and stakeholder relationships. The system can notify sales teams when a key supporter leaves a company, engagement declines or a new decision-maker enters the process.
Centralize is used by companies including CoreWeave, Cognition, LangChain, Decagon, Brex, Webflow, MaintainX and Cresta.
The company said LangChain reduced new sales employee ramp time by more than three weeks after incorporating the platform into its onboarding process. At Brex, representatives have used Centralize to reach senior decision-makers in priority deals more quickly.
Centralize plans to use the financing to accelerate product development, expand its team and increase adoption across enterprise revenue organizations.
