Cerebral Acquires ADHD App Inflow To Expand Continuous Care

Cerebral, a digital mental health care provider, announced that it has acquired Inflow, a behavioral app focused on ADHD support, as part of its strategy to expand continuous, personalized care for patients beyond traditional clinical sessions.

The acquisition integrates Inflow’s cognitive behavioral therapy-based tools into Cerebral’s broader care model, enabling patients with ADHD to access ongoing support between appointments. The combined offering is designed to improve long-term outcomes by reinforcing daily habit-building, skill development, and personalized engagement.

Cerebral said the move addresses a growing need for ADHD care, as prevalence among adults has risen in recent years while a significant portion of diagnosed individuals remain untreated. By incorporating Inflow’s digital therapeutic approach, the company aims to create a more comprehensive continuum of care that spans diagnosis, therapy, medication management, and day-to-day behavioral support.

Inflow delivers structured, science-based micro-lessons and interactive tools that help users manage ADHD symptoms, build awareness, and develop healthier routines. The platform has been evaluated in clinical studies, including a randomized controlled trial demonstrating improvements in symptoms and quality of life, with greater engagement associated with better outcomes.

Following the acquisition, both companies will continue operating as separate platforms while integrating more closely. Inflow users will gain easier access to Cerebral’s clinicians, including faster appointment availability, while Cerebral patients will benefit from continuous skill-building resources between sessions.

The deal expands Cerebral’s ADHD-specific offerings and strengthens its ability to provide personalized, always-on care tailored to individual patient needs.
