Cerity Partners announced that it has merged with Covenant Partners LLC, a Nashville-based boutique wealth management firm, marking its entry into the Tennessee market and continuing its growth strategy through client-focused advisory partnerships. Covenant Partners will operate under the Cerity Partners name following the transaction.

Founded in 1997, Covenant Partners has built a reputation serving high-net-worth individuals and families with a personalized family office approach. The firm has emphasized long-term relationships, generational planning, and highly tailored client service over nearly three decades.

The merger allows Covenant Partners’ clients to access Cerity Partners’ broader platform, including comprehensive financial planning, investment management, tax advisory, and retirement solutions, while maintaining the boutique, high-touch experience they are accustomed to.

Cerity Partners, founded in 2009, serves high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and institutions nationwide. The firm has continued to expand through partnerships with established advisory teams in key markets.

Gorman Jones represented Covenant Partners in the transaction.
