CG Financial Services has appointed Jon Patullo as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer as the independent wealth management firm invests in its technology, operating infrastructure and advisor platform to support continued expansion.
The appointment follows CG Financial’s recognition by Citywire as one of its fastest-growing registered investment advisers, with annual growth of 17.2%.
In his dual role, Patullo will oversee operations, technology strategy, advisor platform development, vendor relationships and initiatives intended to improve scalability across the organization.
Patullo brings nearly 30 years of experience leading operational, technology and growth initiatives across the RIA industry.
His background includes helping build an advisor platform at TD Ameritrade, along with experience integrating technology ecosystems, developing vendor relationships and improving advisor productivity.
At CG Financial, Patullo will focus on strengthening the operating model, advancing digital capabilities and advisor workflows and developing scalable processes to support client growth and advisor recruitment.
The firm said the leadership appointment is part of a broader investment in responsible growth intended to preserve its client-first culture while expanding the resources available to advisors.
CG Financial also added Gino DeRango as Director of CG Advisor Network in 2025.
