CGI has acquired Callibrity, expanding its presence in Cincinnati and adding capabilities across production-ready enterprise AI, platform engineering and digital product development. The transaction closed on September 8, 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Founded in 2007, Callibrity is an end-to-end technology consulting company that brings together developers, strategists and engineers to help enterprises address complex technology challenges.
The firm has particular experience in financial services, insurance and manufacturing and brings approximately 120 consultants to CGI.
The acquisition strengthens CGI’s ability to help customers move AI projects beyond experimentation into production environments while broadening its expertise in modern software platforms and digital product development.
Callibrity’s customers will gain access to CGI’s wider portfolio and global delivery network while continuing to work with the teams and technical specialists already supporting them.
For CGI, the deal also increases its presence in the Cincinnati metropolitan market as it continues expanding through a combination of local client relationships and global technology capabilities.
CGI has approximately 94,000 consultants and professionals worldwide and provides services spanning strategic IT and business consulting, systems integration, managed IT, business process services and intellectual property solutions.
The company reported CA$15.91 billion in fiscal 2025 revenue.
