CGI announced a strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services to accelerate artificial intelligence adoption and streamline digital transformation across the U.S. public sector.
The multi-year agreement is designed to deliver scalable, mission-critical solutions for government, education, nonprofit, and healthcare organizations. By combining CGI’s consulting and systems integration expertise with AWS’s cloud and AI capabilities, the collaboration aims to address complex public sector challenges, including cybersecurity, fraud prevention, and citizen service delivery.
Through the partnership, the companies will focus on enabling trusted AI adoption across public sector missions, strengthening Zero Trust cybersecurity architectures, improving interoperability and accessibility of government data, enhancing citizen-facing digital services, and modernizing legacy systems through secure cloud platforms.
The agreement also includes investments in cloud and AI training and certification programs to expand the expertise of CGI professionals supporting public sector initiatives.
CGI, which operates a global network of technology partnerships and employs tens of thousands of professionals worldwide, will leverage its AWS Premier Tier Services Partner status to co-develop and deploy AI-driven cloud solutions tailored to government needs.
