Chariot Capital Group announced the completion of its acquisition of Laser Clinics UK, one of the United Kingdom’s leading providers of laser, skin, and aesthetic treatments. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Laser Clinics UK was developed as part of Laser Clinics Group, a portfolio company of KKR that established a clinician-led, franchise-partnership model across Australia, New Zealand, and other international markets. Through the acquisition, Chariot Capital Group is carving out the UK operations as an independent platform and plans to support the business as a standalone company.
Founded on a clinician-led approach, Laser Clinics UK operates more than 40 clinics throughout the United Kingdom. The company offers a range of services, including laser hair removal, cosmetic injectables, and skin treatments. Over time, the business has built a reputation for clinical quality and customer outcomes, helping it establish a strong position within the country’s aesthetics market.
Following the transaction, Laser Clinics UK will continue to operate under its existing model and remain focused on delivering aesthetic treatments through its network of clinics. Chariot said it intends to support the company’s future growth through continued investments in its clinic footprint, technology infrastructure, and talent base.
The acquisition aligns with Chariot Capital Group’s strategy of pursuing corporate carve-outs, divestitures, and other complex transactions. The firm partners with management teams to help unlock value and drive growth across portfolio companies through operational expertise and strategic support.
