Vinogradov was born in Ukraine and eventually emigrated to the US to obtain a graduate degree at the University of Michigan. Vinogradov said:
“My business background is in finance, but I have been an entrepreneur for the last 20 years.”

How did the idea for Cheap Airport Parking come together? Vinogradov shared:
“While working my finance job at HSBC, I came up with an idea: a business that would yield consistent, long-term revenue growth. Living in Los Angeles, I noticed several empty off-airport lots near LAX airport. I was surprised those lots were so underutilized, especially since they were secure and much cheaper than parking at the airport. I realized their potential and decided to create an online reservation website that simplified booking off-airport lots.”

What has been your favorite memory working for Cheap Airport Parking so far? Vinogradov reflected:
“Reaching 5 million reservations earlier this year.”
What are some of the challenges you faced in building the company? Vinogradov noted:
“I constructed the website from the ground up by educating myself on coding and mastering its functionalities.”

“Since launching Cheap Airport Parking, applications have become extremely popular for parking services. We do not currently have one, as our site does have a reliable mobile version, but perhaps we will consider launching one in the future.”
