Chervon Holdings has appointed Joseph Galli Jr. Chief Executive Officer, effective September 10, 2026, as the global power tool and outdoor power equipment company prepares for its next stage of growth.
Galli succeeds Chervon founder Longquan “Peter” Pan, who is stepping down as CEO while remaining Executive Director and Chairman of the Board.
Chervon operates brands including EGO, FLEX, SKIL and DEVON and serves customers in more than 100 countries.
Galli brings more than four decades of experience in power tools and related industries.
During nearly two decades at Techtronic Industries, he played a major role in the growth of Milwaukee and Ryobi, with an emphasis on cordless technology, product platforms and international expansion.
Earlier, Galli spent 19 years at Black & Decker and rose to President of Worldwide Power Tools and Accessories. He also helped launch and develop DeWalt into a global professional power tool brand.
Galli additionally held senior leadership roles at Amazon and Newell Rubbermaid before joining TTI in 2006. He became CEO and Executive Director of TTI in 2008 and served until his retirement in 2024.
