Chicago Atlantic has appointed Robert Beasley, former CEO of FLUENT Cannabis, as Partner and Head of Restructuring, overseeing value creation and operations. Beasley, an attorney and entrepreneur, is experienced in leading regulated industries, including cannabis.
Beasley co-founded Litvak, Beasley, Wilson & Ball, focusing on commercial and regulatory law. He played a key role in Florida’s medical cannabis laws, supported Amendment 2 in 2016, and served on the boards of early cannabis entities.
From 2020 to 2025, he was CEO of FLUENT Cannabis, expanding its retail, cultivation, and market presence in Florida and New York. With expertise in law, policy, and leadership, Beasley has a proven track record of success in driving growth, enhancing patient access, and navigating regulatory challenges.
