Chilton Trust, a respected independent wealth management firm and national trust bank, has announced that Jennifer Lee will become its new President and Chief Executive Officer starting October 6. She will report directly to Richard Lockwood Chilton, Jr., the firm’s Founder and Chairman. Jennifer Lee will succeed Peter Kim, who has been serving as Interim President. Kim will continue to play a key role at the firm by returning to his previous positions as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.
Jennifer Lee brings more than 30 years of experience in private wealth management to her new role. She joins Chilton Trust from PNC Private Bank, where she served as Head of U.S. Markets. In that position, she led efforts to strengthen client relationships and develop strategies for acquiring and retaining clients across North America. Her career also includes leadership roles at major financial institutions such as Wells Fargo Private Bank, Lehman Brothers, and Goldman Sachs.
Her educational background includes an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and an undergraduate degree from Barnard College. With her deep industry knowledge and proven leadership, Jennifer Lee is expected to guide Chilton Trust through its next phase of growth while continuing the firm’s commitment to personalized service and long-term client relationships.
