CHR Group, a European provider of digital food safety, compliance, and foodservice management software, announced the acquisitions of Rmoni and Andy as part of its strategy to establish itself as a leading digital partner for the foodservice industry.

The acquisitions are being supported by a new strategic investment from PSG Equity and continued backing from existing investor Verto. Through the transactions, CHR aims to strengthen its international presence and broaden its capabilities across foodservice operations, compliance, and equipment monitoring.

Rmoni, a Benelux-based company specializing in connected monitoring and quality management solutions, provides real-time sensor and temperature monitoring technologies used by international foodservice and retail organizations. Andy, headquartered in Spain, offers operational and HACCP management software designed for large restaurant chains and multi-site foodservice operators.

The acquisitions complement CHR’s existing platforms, ePackPro and Adoria. Together, the combined business supports approximately 185,000 users across around 28,000 foodservice locations in nearly 50 countries, serving restaurants, cafés, hotels, catering operators, bakeries, butchers, retailers, and institutional foodservice groups.

According to the company, adding Rmoni and Andy enhances its position in the enterprise segment while accelerating growth in Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, and other international markets. The expanded platform will provide customers with a broader suite of solutions spanning food safety compliance, operational management, and connected equipment monitoring.

KEY QUOTES:

“With Rmoni and Andy, we are taking a new step in the development of ePackPro. These acquisitions enable us to expand our offering beyond HACCP compliance by integrating two dimensions that have become critical for foodservice and food retail professionals: on-site operational management and connected equipment monitoring. Our ambition is to build a global reference platform capable of supporting both independent establishments and multi-site groups, with the same standards of simplicity, reliability, and performance.”
