SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) has announced that Christian Klein, Co-Chief Executive Officer and member of the Executive Board, will now be the sole CEO of the company as Jennifer Morgan, Co-Chief Executive Officer and member of the Executive Board, agreed with the Supervisory Board of SAP SE that she will depart the company, effective April 30, 2020.
SAP said that the decision to transfer from Co-CEO to the sole CEO model was taken earlier than planned in order to “ensure strong, unambiguous steering in times of an unprecedented crisis.”
