Revealed at the Singapore Fintech Festival, the new capability is designed to personalize insurance offerings at the point of sale, helping digital partners expand engagement, conversions, and revenue.
The system analyzes data using proprietary AI to determine the most relevant insurance products for individual customers. This level of personalization is intended to help partners enhance loyalty and offer precisely targeted protection solutions that fit the needs of their users. Consumers can access curated insurance options directly through apps and digital platforms they already trust, making coverage available within their everyday online experiences.
Chubb said the optimization engine is designed to enhance customer engagement while driving measurable business growth for partners by aligning insurance offerings with persona-driven insights. The platform supports a wide variety of embedded protection products, including phone damage coverage, travel insurance, hospital cash benefits, and life insurance options.
Chubb Studio already enables digital platforms worldwide to integrate insurance into customer workflows through APIs and SDKs, and the new engine layers on several capabilities centered on data, engagement, and product relevance. These include persona-based product recommendations, click-to-engage functionality connecting customers directly with advisers, and real-time performance analytics that refine recommendations over time. Three integration models are available, allowing partners to select Chubb-managed, partner-managed or hybrid approaches depending on their operational and data-sharing preferences.
The company said the new release reflects its focus on customer-centric design and innovative technology that equips partners with tools to personalize at scale. Chubb continues to operate in 54 countries and territories, providing a broad range of commercial and personal insurance products backed by global distribution capabilities and financial strength.
