Circadence announced it has closed a $16.4 million investment round led by Seneca Partners as the company continues to expand its AI-driven cyber readiness and resilience platform across defense and enterprise markets.
The Boulder, Colorado-based company said the new capital will support product innovation, global go-to-market expansion, and the development of strategic partnerships across the United States, Asia-Pacific, and allied markets. The funding follows a period of strong revenue growth and rising adoption of the company’s cyber training and threat simulation technologies.
Circadence also introduced two major platform developments alongside the financing: RangeGPT and Project Ares GEN3. The company said these technologies are designed to transform how organizations train for and respond to modern cyber threats.
RangeGPT serves as the company’s AI-native cyber readiness intelligence engine. Built using advanced large language models and adaptive scenario generation, the platform enables organizations to rapidly create complex cyber environments that replicate real-world networks, tools, and adversary tactics. Circadence said this approach compresses the time required to design cyber ranges from months to hours.
Beyond training scenarios, RangeGPT also supports digital twin and near digital twin modeling, threat simulation, and vulnerability discovery. The company said this allows organizations to identify weaknesses and test resilience before real-world threats affect operations.
Project Ares GEN3 represents the next generation of Circadence’s cyber learning platform. Built on cloud-native architecture and developed with AI-accelerated engineering methods, the platform delivers immersive live-fire cyber training and operational assessments at scale. Integrated analytics provide leadership teams with real-time insights into workforce readiness and performance gaps.
Together, RangeGPT and Project Ares GEN3 enable the on-demand creation of large-scale cyber training scenarios tailored to specific mission requirements and individual training pathways.
Circadence said the investment reflects investor confidence in the company’s AI architecture and growing role in national security and enterprise cyber preparedness.
