The investment was led by DeepWork Capital, an early-stage venture firm based in Central Florida, and joined by Florida Opportunity Fund, Lasagna, and Lookout Ventures.

This is a fully automated approach to managing service processes, designed to improve technician productivity, ensure the right parts are used, optimize warranty decisions, and ultimately deliver better service outcomes. The platform utilizes AI-powered Service Workers, Advisors, Analysts, and Agents to guide every step of the service lifecycle, enabling manufacturers to make faster and more accurate decisions.
