Citigroup: AI-Powered Citi Wealth Tools Launch To Enhance Client Experience

Citigroup announced the rollout of a suite of AI-powered tools within its Citi Wealth division to enhance advisor productivity and deliver more personalized, data-driven client experiences across the full financial lifecycle.

The new capabilities are designed to create a unified intelligence layer that enables advisors to identify investment opportunities, assess risks, and guide clients with greater precision. Among the tools introduced are Portfolio Intelligence, AskWealth CIO, Client 360, and CitiScribe, each targeting different aspects of the advisory workflow and client engagement process.

Portfolio Intelligence provides clients with a consolidated, easy-to-use interface offering portfolio insights, performance metrics, and market intelligence sourced from Citi Wealth’s Chief Investment Office. The platform is already available to Citi Private Bank clients in North America and is expected to expand globally in the second quarter, with broader availability to all Wealth clients by the end of the year.

AskWealth CIO extends Citi’s existing AskWealth platform by enabling advisors to access real-time insights from the Chief Investment Office through a conversational interface. The tool is currently being piloted across select wealth segments in North America, with broader regional expansion planned in the near term.

Client 360 serves as an internal platform that aggregates client data, including holdings, interactions, and opportunities, into a single view. This allows advisors to deliver faster, more tailored engagement. The platform is currently in pilot and is expected to roll out more broadly across Citi Wealth teams in 2026.

CitiScribe, the highlighted tool in the announcement, is an AI-powered note-taking solution that summarizes client conversations and key discussion points. By automating documentation, CitiScribe aims to improve accuracy, reduce administrative burden, and enhance follow-up efficiency for advisors. The tool has already been deployed to all Wealth advisors in North America as of the first quarter of 2026.

Citi Wealth is also advancing additional initiatives, including efforts to streamline and modernize account opening processes in collaboration with technology partners such as Google Cloud and Palantir.
