Citisoft has announced the appointment of Nigel Hill as Managing Director and Strategic Advisor, strengthening its senior advisory offering for the investment management industry across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Hill brings a career spanning senior leadership roles at Redwheel, Credit Suisse, and Goldman Sachs Asset Management, giving him deep practitioner experience across the operational, technology, and client challenges facing buy-side firms today.
In his new role, Hill will work on strategic initiatives across EMEA, providing an independent perspective at key decision points and helping clients assess options, challenge assumptions, and navigate complex vendor and operating model decisions. He will also bring an extensive industry network to support complex engagements across the region. His appointment comes as buy-side firms face continued pressure to reshape their operating models while navigating the practical implications of AI and tokenization-driven infrastructure shifts, platform consolidation, increased resiliency requirements, and evolving regulatory demands.
