Citizens has announced the addition of two strategic hires — Joe Roberts as Head of Family Office Solutions within Citizens Wealth, and Adam Devlin as Head of Platform Transformation across Citizens Private Bank and Citizens Wealth — underscoring the firm’s continued investment in serving high- and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Roberts joins Citizens from Rockefeller Capital Management, where he developed and led national family office and advisory platforms, and partnered with advisors to deliver highly bespoke, multidisciplinary solutions to clients. With nearly 20 years of experience at Rockefeller, Wells Fargo, and PwC, he brings deep expertise in estate structuring, governance, philanthropy, and investment integration. As Head of Family Office Solutions, he will build and scale Citizens Wealth’s new Family Office Solutions function, leading the strategy, design, and execution spanning estate planning, trust, tax planning, bill pay, and investment capabilities.
Devlin brings more than 20 years of experience across consumer, commercial banking, and wealth management, having held senior leadership roles at BlackRock, First Republic Bank, and JPMorgan Chase, where he led large-scale transformation initiatives, enterprise platform modernization efforts, and omnichannel strategies. As Head of Platform Transformation, Devlin will define and execute a multi-year roadmap to scale platforms, streamline processes, and enhance both client and colleague experience across Citizens Private Bank and Citizens Wealth. Both Roberts and Devlin will join Citizens on May 11.
