CJ Pony Parts has acquired the Scott Drake and Brothers Trucks brands from Holley Performance Products. CJ Pony Parts is a portfolio company of Century Park Capital Partners.
Scott Drake is the world’s largest supplier of reproduction parts for classic Ford Mustangs, producing components for Mustang platforms dating back to 1964. Brothers Trucks offers restoration parts for 1947 through 1987 Chevrolet and GMC pickups, with coverage extending through later-model classic Chevy trucks. Both brands join American Powertrain, which CJ Pony Parts acquired in 2024.
CJ Pony Parts is the leading player in the classic Mustang aftermarket. The company has been expanding into the classic truck segment, its fastest-growing vehicle category. Several members of the CJ Pony Parts team previously held leadership roles at Scott Drake.
CJ Pony Parts will integrate the acquired brands across its Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and Las Vegas, Nevada, distribution facilities. The company was founded in 1985 and sells restoration and performance parts to auto enthusiasts, with a product assortment of more than 100,000 SKUs.
