Claritev, a global leader in healthcare analytics and claims analysis, announced a strategic investment in Klaim, an AI-driven company accelerating healthcare payments. The investment establishes a powerful cross-regional collaboration that aims to redefine provider reimbursement processes and enhance financial stability for healthcare organizations across the United States and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

Through this investment, Claritev and Klaim will jointly launch a co-branded Payment Acceleration Service, integrated within Claritev’s expansive provider network. The initiative will allow healthcare providers to convert pending insurance claims into near-instant liquidity, cutting reimbursement times from up to 120 days to just 24 hours.

The collaboration connects Claritev’s Advanced Code Editing (ACE) analytics and extensive payor-provider infrastructure with Klaim’s proven payment-acceleration technology, creating an integrated solution that improves predictability, liquidity, and operational efficiency in healthcare finance. The platform is designed to benefit a wide range of healthcare organizations, from small independent clinics to large hospital systems and multi-specialty networks.

The new payment acceleration model offers providers several key benefits, including:

  1. Certainty of payment for qualifying claims reduces risks associated with delayed or denied reimbursements.
  2. Flexible utilization, allowing providers to choose the volume of claims they accelerate based on capital needs.
  3. Lower administrative overhead, as Klaim will manage reconciliation and payor follow-up for accelerated claims.
  4. Scalable implementation, enabling participation across provider types and sizes in both the U.S. and MENA markets.

The investment also strengthens Claritev’s strategic expansion into the MENA region while supporting Klaim’s entry into the U.S. market. As part of the collaboration, Klaim will leverage Claritev’s ACE technology to evaluate claims qualified for funding, helping ensure speed and accuracy across both financial and clinical dimensions.

Claritev currently serves more than 700 healthcare payors, 100,000 employers, 60 million consumers, and 1.4 million contracted providers, using AI-driven technology to improve affordability, transparency, and quality across the healthcare system. Klaim, founded by Karim Dakki and Ghafoor Ahmad, enables healthcare providers to convert unpaid claims into cash within 24 hours, dramatically improving liquidity and operational efficiency.
