Clarivoy has appointed Yuriy Demidko as chief technology and product officer, bringing in a former Apple engineering leader and automotive technology executive to guide the company’s product strategy, engineering organization and artificial intelligence initiatives.
In the newly combined role, Demidko will oversee Clarivoy’s technology roadmap, product vision, data infrastructure and development teams. He will also lead efforts to expand the company’s use of AI across its automotive attribution and customer intelligence platform.
Clarivoy provides independent marketing measurement technology to automotive dealerships, agencies and original equipment manufacturers. Its platform helps customers understand how advertising influences the vehicle-shopping journey and which marketing investments contribute to measurable business results.
Demidko’s appointment comes as Clarivoy develops a new generation of products intended to help automotive retailers better understand, predict and influence customer behavior.
Vehicle buyers may interact with numerous marketing channels before contacting a dealership or completing a purchase. These touchpoints can include search advertising, social media, dealer websites, vehicle listing platforms, email campaigns, streaming media and traditional advertising.
This fragmented journey can make it difficult for dealerships and their marketing partners to determine which campaigns are producing meaningful results.
Clarivoy’s attribution technology is designed to connect marketing activity with customer actions and sales outcomes. The company provides an independent view of campaign performance rather than relying solely on reports produced by the platforms selling the advertising.
Under Demidko’s leadership, Clarivoy plans to expand its AI-enhanced reporting, audience intelligence capabilities and broader product roadmap.
AI could help dealerships analyze large volumes of marketing and customer data more efficiently, identify patterns in shopper behavior and surface insights that may be difficult to find through conventional dashboards.
The technology could also help users ask questions in natural language, receive summaries of campaign performance and identify opportunities to adjust spending across advertising channels.
Demidko brings more than a decade of experience developing technology for the automotive industry and other large enterprises.
His background spans dealership operations, enterprise software, engineering leadership and product development. This combination gives him experience with both the technical systems used to build software and the practical challenges encountered by automotive retailers.
Demidko most recently served as chief information officer of DP Fox Ventures, whose portfolio includes Fox Motors, a major Michigan automotive dealership group.
In that position, he led enterprise technology strategy and business systems across the organization.
Working within a dealership group gave Demidko direct exposure to the technology infrastructure required to support automotive retail operations, including systems used for customer management, inventory, sales, marketing and internal business processes.
This operational experience could help Clarivoy ensure that its products fit into the existing workflows and technology environments used by dealerships.
Before joining DP Fox Ventures, Demidko spent more than five years at Apple.
At Apple, he developed enterprise software supporting business operations at global scale. That experience involved building technology intended to operate reliably across a large and complex organization.
Earlier in his career, Demidko served as a solutions engineer at DataStax, a company specializing in data infrastructure and database technology.
He also developed software for Reynolds and Reynolds, a provider of technology and services to automotive retailers.
His experience at Reynolds and Reynolds gave him familiarity with dealership management systems and the operational software that dealers use to run their businesses.
Clarivoy believes this combination of automotive knowledge and engineering expertise will help the company develop products that address practical customer needs rather than adding unnecessary complexity.
As chief technology and product officer, Demidko will be responsible for connecting customer requirements with product design, engineering priorities and long-term technology investments.
A combined technology and product leadership role can help companies coordinate what they build with how the underlying systems are designed and operated.
This alignment may be especially important as Clarivoy introduces more AI capabilities, which require reliable data, scalable infrastructure and clear product use cases.
Automotive marketing platforms often process information from multiple sources, including dealership websites, advertising systems, customer relationship management tools and sales records.
The quality of any analysis depends on whether that data can be connected accurately and interpreted within the proper context.
Demidko’s responsibilities will include strengthening the infrastructure that supports these integrations and ensuring that Clarivoy’s AI systems produce useful, actionable information.
Clarivoy said the appointment reflects its continued investment in the technologies influencing the future of automotive marketing and retail.
Dealerships face pressure to increase advertising efficiency while responding to changes in consumer behavior and vehicle-shopping habits.
Customers now move between online and offline channels throughout the buying process. Some shoppers complete significant portions of their research digitally before ever visiting a showroom.
This shift has increased the importance of understanding how each marketing interaction contributes to customer engagement, dealership visits and vehicle sales.
Clarivoy’s platform is designed to help retailers evaluate those relationships and allocate their marketing budgets more confidently.
The company also serves advertising agencies that need to demonstrate campaign performance to dealership clients and OEM partners seeking visibility across larger retail networks.
Audience intelligence can help these organizations understand which consumer segments are engaging with campaigns and how those audiences progress through the purchasing journey.
AI-powered analysis could make these tools more accessible by reducing the amount of time users spend manually sorting through reports.
Demidko will also be responsible for building and leading Clarivoy’s engineering organization as the company expands its platform.
This work may include recruiting technical employees, establishing development priorities and improving collaboration between engineering, product management and customer-facing teams.
His appointment gives Clarivoy a senior leader who has worked within technology companies, enterprise environments and automotive retail organizations.
The company expects that perspective to support the development of products that are technically sophisticated but straightforward for customers to use.
Clarivoy remains focused on providing independent attribution, audience intelligence and AI-powered insights to automotive dealerships, agencies and manufacturers.
The company’s goal is to help customers improve marketing efficiency, make better-informed decisions and generate profitable growth.
