CLASSYS appointed Jung-hee Bae as Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer and Head of its newly created Go-to-Market Center as the medical aesthetics company accelerates its international growth strategy.
The company established the new Chief Commercial Officer role as part of an organizational restructuring designed to sharpen its focus on markets and customers.
CLASSYS has brought its Marketing, Domestic Sales, and Overseas Sales divisions together under the new GTM Center, which Bae will lead.
The appointment follows the July 2026 appointment of CEO Jun-oh Yoon and the earlier addition of CTO Taek-Soo Kim.
Yoon previously led M&A and portfolio strategy at Samsung Group and Samsung Electronics, while Kim is a Stanford Ph.D. who previously worked at Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology.
CLASSYS said the leadership team now combines experience across strategy, technology, and commercial execution.
Bae joins CLASSYS after serving as a partner at Bain & Company.
She previously worked at Monitor Group and Deloitte Consulting and began her career as a systems engineer at LG CNS.
At Bain, Bae advised clients across more than 30 countries on brand launches, emerging market expansion, and distribution strategy.
Most recently, she led Bain’s AI and digital strategy practice.
Bae is a graduate of Korea University and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Under her leadership, CLASSYS plans to focus on three key priorities.
The company intends to accelerate growth in major international markets including the Americas, China, and Europe, reinforce its leadership position in South Korea, and expand the use of data and artificial intelligence across go-to-market operations and marketing.
These initiatives support CLASSYS’s goal of reaching $1 billion in revenue before 2030.
International sales currently account for approximately 76% of the company’s total revenue.
CLASSYS develops energy-based medical aesthetics devices including Shurink Universe, a high-intensity focused ultrasound system, Volnewmer, a monopolar radiofrequency device, and Quadessy, a microneedling radiofrequency device.
