CleanCore Solutions announced it has completed the acquisition of its first AI infrastructure project through a partnership with HST Technologies, marking the company’s entry into the data center market as it pivots toward supporting the growing AI economy.

The transaction gives CleanCore ownership of more than 95% of a planned data center campus in West Texas. The initial phase will consist of 200 megawatts of capacity, with the potential to expand the campus beyond 500 megawatts by 2030.

As part of the announcement, the company also confirmed leadership changes. Alex Spiro will continue serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors, while Tyler Hassen has been appointed Chief Executive Officer.

Under the agreement, CleanCore has committed to funding the initial 200-megawatt development through 2029, with approximately $100 million expected to be invested by the first quarter of 2027. The company said it expects the project’s financial performance to be comparable with similar developments in the market.

The acquisition follows the signing of the initial letter of intent only weeks earlier, highlighting the company’s accelerated strategy to build a portfolio of AI-focused digital infrastructure assets.

CleanCore said it intends to continue expanding its pipeline of AI infrastructure developments alongside HST Technologies and other partners to address increasing demand for compute capacity, power, and data center infrastructure driven by artificial intelligence workloads.
